Return policy for businesses
We grant you a voluntary right of return. Please note that the right of return only applies to the cases listed below and only if the provisions are complied with. We reject returns that have not been announced or authorised.
We grant you a voluntary right of return of four weeks from receipt of the product(s). This right of return gives you the opportunity to withdraw from the contract by returning the received product(s) to us within four weeks. The period begins on the day after receipt of the goods.
The product(s) received must be returned to us complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
You shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
The goods received must exceed a net value of € 50.00.
In the event of a return, please fill out the return slip and attach it to the outside of the parcel for internal allocation. No processing can take place if the order, delivery note or invoice number is not stated.
Customised products and special orders will not be taken back!
We require approx. 15 working days for internal processing. A credit note will then be issued, taking into account the following flat rates and deductions:
Returns of accessories:
In the event of incorrect orders or parts that are not required, a deduction of 25% of the net value of the goods, but at least € 30.00 on the total net value per item, will be made.
Shipping costs and surcharges will not be credited.
Returns of garage door, swing and sliding door operators, barriers and roller door controls:
A flat-rate deduction of € 80.00 per operator will be made for incorrect orders or operators that are not required.
